Where we’ll be staying

A feminine rest-and-relaxation haven.

Join us in renowned La Jolla, San Diego on a stunning scenic view estate, where luxury and nature intersect. We will have space to play, create, move, and feel. Here we will create a sacred temple that will hold our group through 3 days of pure magic. Let yourself be fully immersed in the simplicity of being. We can’t wait to be here with you. 

7:30 AM - Wakeup & sit outside on the patio with a cup of tea, listening to the birds and enjoying the view.

8:00 AM - Yin yoga on the deck & intention setting.

9:00 AM - Breakfast (homemade GF pancakes with a selection of yogurt, homemade granola, fresh organic fruits, nuts and seeds).

10:30 AM - Sister circle & creative writing workshop (unleash your inner voice and connect to your wisdom within).

12:00 PM - Lunch (Your choice of chicken or veggie tacos on soft corn tortillas, with grilled veggies, fresh salsa, guacamole and greens. Selection of salads and fresh fruit on the side).

1:30 PM - Group outing to La Jolla beach. Relax on the sand, swim in the ocean, or stroll the boardwalk.

4:30 PM - Relaxation time.

6:30 PM - Dinner (Build-your-own grill bowl (meat or veggie options) with rice, greens, assorted organic veggies, and delicious homemade sauces. Followed by a special dessert).

8:00 PM - Energy healing in our sacred oasis space. End-of-day circle and reflections.

    I am a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), Guided Meditation Teacher, Human Design Reader, and Life Coach for Women & Girls.

    I love supporting women to cultivate self trust, build inner confidence, and feel mentally clear, emotionally empowered, and spiritually connected.

    I refer to myself as an “old soul with a young spirit”.

    I am a woman with a massive inner drive to help others. This has been with me from a very young age.

    I have a gift for being able to use my creativity, intuition, experience, and knowledge to provide a pathway for whoever is in front of me to work through their challenges and step towards their dreams.

    I also love learning about people through the lens of Human Design and will be sharing so many nuggets of gold about yourself with you during this retreat!

    I am quite playful and goofy. I like to laugh, joke around, and will definitely bring an extra dose of lightness into this experience.

    I am a creativity coach, host of the Creative Soul podcast, community builder, and collector of stories and seashells.

    As a child, I was homeschooled with my 7 siblings and instead of traditional school, was immersed in the world of theater, music, and dance. Creativity was my playground and theater felt like the only place I could safely express myself. I went to college and studied musical theater with dreams of being a star on Broadway, but when I graduated, I ended up working at a 9-5, feeling like I had lost my creativity and my connection to self.

    After years of self-work and dismantling everything the world teaches us about what an artist “should” be, I started creating simply for the sake of creating. I allowed my heart and gut to discover my next creative idea. This led me to self-publishing a poetry book in 2018, writing and performing a one woman show in New York City in 2019, and solo traveling to over 25 countries.

    After completing my 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training in India, I was inspired to offer nurturing spaces that combined mindfulness with creativity for others to reawaken their sense of joy, inspiration, and wonder, and discover the true calling of their creative soul.

    I now host The Creative Soul Podcast with over 100 episodes of inspiring conversations with creatives, teach creative writing workshops to people all over the globe, and love making medicines from plants foraged in the wild.

    I am a photographer, heart-connecter, story-teller, and self-love catalyst.

    I look at my life as a continuous cyclical journey, with every decision guiding me exactly where I am meant to be. This trust has led me to practice yoga at an ashram in the mountains, working and playing in Australia, on a spontaneous adventure to Bali, backpacking through Mexico and Guatemala, becoming a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, living on an organic farm on Vancouver Island, and to photography after over half a decade in the corporate world. 

    I love creating art in many forms, and helping women see themselves as the most beautiful art of all. As a photographer, I do more than take pretty pictures – my intention is to cut deep within the soul and show you who you truly are. To help you look in the mirror and see not just a body, but your divine essence reflected back.

    I spent years of my life trying to prove my worth through my external appearance, believing it was the only thing that made me loveable. It took years of reconditioning and self-work to cut through the BS and fall in love with who I truly am. It is now my deepest mission to guide women through their own self-love awakening through empowering photoshoots, guided meditations, cacao ceremonies, and providing a safe space to simply be. 

We know that women are not meant to go through life alone.

We need a community around us, who see us and support us as we are. It is our greatest honour to create this space for you to be nourished.

FAQ’s

  • Friday October 25th - Monday October 28th. Arrival is after 4:00 pm on Friday, and departure is by 11:00 am on Monday.

  • San Diego (SAN). From there it is a 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic.

  • The investment ranges between $2,200 and $2,500. Please see room types to choose what investment feels best for you.

    We are offering 3-month and 6-month payment plans (6-month is available until May 1st). We are offering an $100 discount when paid in full.

  • Chances are, if you feel called to this experience, there’s a reason. We have all been first-time retreat attendees, and understand the fears and hesitations that can come up about the experience. From investing in ourselves, to sharing with our loved ones, to wondering whether we’ll get along with the other attendees - we’ve gone through it all! We can assure you that out of all the investments we’ve made, retreats have by far been the most impactful in our lives. If you are feeling the nudge, we invite you to trust it!

  • There will be between 6-8 women. Spaces are limited, so be sure to secure your spot!
