HI, I’M ASHLEY,

I've always been connected to my intuition—even before I knew what that word really meant.

In grade 4, I applied to an Arts School on my own (and thankfully attended with my parents’ support). After high school, I chose travel over university— living in an Ashram in Montreal, working in Australia, and backpacking through Mexico and Guatemala. My intuition led me to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, to a farm on Vancouver Island that became my home, and then to a corporate job where I supported high-level entrepreneurs for over half a decade.

Most recently, my intuition led me to follow my creative passions as a Writer, Photographer and Intuitive Guide.

I look at my life and see the rich experiences and opportunities I’ve been blessed with. However, it’s the challenges I’ve endured that have truly shaped me into the person I am today.

In my teenage years, I faced deep depression, wondering if I would ever see the light. At 14-years old, I experienced sexual assault, which led to a self-hatred towards my body. I lost a close friend to suicide in high school, and then again in recent years, experiencing immense and lasting grief. I endured relationships with people who took advantage of my kindness, unable to see my own self-worth. I now see that my pain has been a guide back to myself.

And most importantly, I hold the power to heal.

Handwritten quote in white reads ‘Leap And The Net Will Appear’.

It has taken me years to look in the mirror and see my most whole and authentic self reflected back.

Every step I have taken guided by my intuition has allowed true healing and transformation to occur. Supportive practices such as Heirloom Cacao, Meditation, Mirror Work, Cycle Tracking, and Journaling, have all been life-changing along my journey.

In 2023, I took my biggest leap of faith, leaving a steady job to follow my soul's calling—I trusted fully in the saying, “leap and the net will appear”. The path has not always been easy—in fact there have been many times where I’ve questioned if following my soul’s path is truly worth it. I can say wholeheartedly today, that it is.

I'm so grateful for the opportunity to now support others in living their most authentic life. I bring a joyful, compassionate, thoughtful, and trauma-informed approach to every person I work with. YOU know your way—I am simply here to be a guide.
