Offerings

  • I offer virtual 1:1 or couples mentorship sessions designed to help you tap into your inner wisdom and cultivate deeper self-awareness. You can book this session around a specific area or intention in your life, or we can explore what messages want to come through.

    If you opt to incorporate the sacred medicine of cacao, you'll begin by preparing your own supply, using my personal method. During our 60-minute call, I will guide you through a meditation and activation, allowing the wisdom of cacao to come through.

    Together, we’ll explore the insights and messages that arise, and I’ll offer intuitive guidance on how to continue working with cacao in your daily life.

  • If you live in or are traveling to Victoria, BC, I offer in-person 1:1 or couples Cacao Journeys. This is a deep, transformative experience designed to guide you through profound inner work.

    During our time together, I’ll lead you through a guided meditation using the sacred medicine of cacao, tailored to your unique journey and current challenges. Depending on your needs, we may incorporate energy work, oracle cards, and clearing practices to further harmonize your emotional and physical body.

    This powerful experience can be shared with a partner or friend, and Heirloom cacao will be included.

  • Bring a Cacao Journey or Guided Meditation & Energy Clearing session into your group. Both experiences are customized to align with the theme of your event and the needs of your participants.

    For the Cacao Journey, we’ll use the heart-opening medicine of Heirloom Cacao to activate intentions and deepen emotional connections within the group. This journey may include journaling, energy work, and other modalities to create a holistic and transformative experience. Cacao is especially powerful in settings where emotional connection and vulnerability are embraced.

    For the Guided Meditation and Energy Clearing session, I will lead your group through a deeply relaxing and restorative meditation, incorporating energy clearing practices to harmonize and balance the participants’ physical and emotional bodies. This session can be tailored to the group’s collective energy, providing a peaceful and grounding experience.
